OUR HISTORY WITH ASSOCIATIONS

We have recruited for associations for 30 years and have a deep understanding of how membership bodies work and the recruitment challenges they face. We understand the yearly cycles (Board, membership renewals etc) in membership-based organisations and the complexities involved in limited budgets and funding.

We nurture long term relationships with our associations clients and visit them regularly in their offices. These visits ensure we acutely understand your staffing needs and challenges and can articulate your culture and environment which enhances our recruitment process and significantly increases the chances of a successful placement.

We have one associations client who has worked with us for 15 years and view our relationship as a genuine partnership, presenting at attending yearly fairs they host giving advice to delegates. In 2019, our Associate Director worked onsite with them 1 day a week for 3 months when their hiring manager was on secondment.
